Job Description

A Waiter or Waitress is responsible for enhancing the dining experience by taking orders and delivering food and beverages with exceptional service. The ideal candidate should possess patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information about the menu, and efficiently managing various front-of-the-house duties. They are also responsible for collecting bills and ensuring each guest enjoys their meal.

Strong communication skills are essential as waiters need to collaborate effectively with Kitchen Staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. They must also anticipate the needs of customers and provide all services in a friendly manner.

Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. The ability to multitask, handle challenging situations with professionalism, and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards is crucial.

Experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is advantageous, but it is possible to apply for waiter jobs without experience as training is often provided on the job.
