Job Description:
Job Description: This role will be established to conduct outbound surveys to clients with the intention to provide insights on their experience and determine next steps for further outreach by our Telesales division.
- Every call must be handled in a professional and courteous manner starting with the greeting and continuing through the entire discussion.
- Clearly state the purpose of the call and motivate the client to spend a brief time to complete a short survey.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve when possible or escalate to management when necessary.
- Primary goal for prospect survey campaign is to reengage clients and identify a subset who are interested in learning about The First Group offerings.
- Primary goal for non-buyer survey campaign is to capture insights on the client experience to determine reasons for not converting while uncovering next steps for potential future follow up.
- Accurately enter survey data and important notes of each customer interactions in CRM.
- Meet or exceed performance targets including call volume and surveys completed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay up to date with company offerings, promotions, and real estate market trends.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
