WHAT A DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE:
Wash dishes, baker’s trays, large mixing bowls and various baking equipment
Remove trash, recycling and compost
Sweep and mop all the floor
Clean washrooms and scrub the edges of the floors
Wipe down walls and vents
High ceiling dusting and vacuuming
Other general cleaning duties
