New agreement between Wazefati & Saputo Manufacturing
Here we are with a new employment agreement between us and Saputo to recruit employees for them from the Middle East. We will publish the details of the job now and then we will return to talk more about the two companies.

It is licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and has the right to work in the Middle East, to work online in displaying jobs and finding applicants for them.Wazefati is distinguished in displaying jobs, as we agree with companies before displaying the job to complete all procedures for candidates for employment and deliver them to work and obtain monthly profits from these companies. What makes us more distinguished is that we do not take any fees from job applicants like other companies.

The Company follows the evolution of corporate governance practices and guidelines in Canada. The Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committee and the Board will pursue their review of the Company’s corporate governance practices and, if appropriate, will implement changes to improve them.
Agreement Details
The agreement, in its general form, stipulates the following clauses:
From Wazefati Side
- Wazefati finds and recruits qualified individuals from the Middle East and North Africa to work in Saputo Manufacturing factories and facilities in the UK, Canada and Australia.
- Wazefati pays all necessary paperwork costs, including visa fees and travel tickets, until the employee reaches his destination and starts working.
- Wazefati is responsible for selecting the appropriate and qualified employees for each job required by Saputo.
From Saputo Side
- Saputo takes care of securing employment contracts.
- Saputo undertakes to cover the immigration department in the countries where work is required in order to facilitate visa matters.
- Saputo will refund all visa and travel ticket costs to Wazefati after the employee arrives at work and his capabilities are verified.
Responsibility of both parties
- Respecting the labor and immigration laws of the countries in which you wish to be employed (United Kingdom – Canada – Australia)
- Applying the laws and provisions of the agreement with all that is regulated therein
