Job description

If you’ve got hands that can cut clean fades and a creative eye for content, Sir Barbershop wants you on the team. We’re looking for a Barber who not only delivers top-tier grooming services but also knows how to capture and share their work online to grow both their brand and their clientele.

This role is perfect for a motivated professional who’s ready to stand out — behind the chair and on the feed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality barbering services: fades, tapers, classic cuts, beard grooming, and straight razor shaves
• Understand and execute modern styles tailored to client preferences
• Keep a clean and organized work area and adhere to hygiene protocols
• Build relationships with clients through conversation, consistency, and service
• Assist with shop operations including appointment setting and client intake
• Participate in content creation (recording, editing, and posting reels/stories)
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, professional vibe in the shop

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Barber License (or in process)
• Experience with straight razor shaves and precision cutting techniques
• Confident with content creation: filming, editing, and posting on Instagram/TikTok
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
